Pakistan is blessed with areas of unrivaled beauty, and Fairy Meadows is a place that can be considered one of the most beautiful in the northern mountains. A hiking trip from Fairy Meadows to the base camp of Nanga Parbat.
We leave early and drive to Bisham via Abbottabad and Mansehra.
After a short break at Bisham, we 're back on the Karakoram Highway, along the River Indus.
We 're going to make photo visits at the Shatial Rocks with ancient graffiti on it.
We arrive at Chillas or Boni Das and move to the hotel for a night's stay.
We 're going from Chillas to Raikot Bridge.
We cross the Indus River at Raikot Bridge and then we enter Tato Village By Jeep.
Start your drive to our destination, Fairy Meadows, which is a fantastic yet soft adventure.
Fairy Meadows is situated at the base camp of Nanga Parbat-8125 m, the lone giant of the Himalayas and the second highest in Pakistan after K-2 From the end of the jeep route and it's a three-hour hike to the iconic Fairy Meadows which is truly named after the unsurpassed view of Nanga Parbat.
Tents or log cabins are available for lodging at Fairy Meadows.
Arrival, Lunch and overnight stay at Fairy Meadows Camps or Log Cabins.
After breakfast, we'll launch a hike to Beyal Camp and then arrive at Nanga Parbat Base Camp.
A gentle trek of two to three hours, walking through thick pine forest and later through birch trees and shallow streams, takes us to Beyal, a summer shepherd settlement with breathtaking views of Nanga Parbat-8125 m.
Optional hike to Nanga Parbat base camp, crossing the tails of glaciers with a well-identified route. At the base camp, a monument was erected in memory of the climbers who died in the mountains.
After a packed cold picnic lunch at the base camp, we will return to our camp at Fairy Meadows and enjoy a special and unforgettable night at the foot of Nanga Parbat and in the land of bonfires and & Traditional Music.
After breakfast early in the morning, we check out and hike back to the village of Tato, where our jeeps are waiting to take us to the Raikot Bridge.
After hitting the bridge, we 're going to our vans and we're heading down the KKH.
We 're going to spend the night in Bisham.
From Bisham, we resume our journey towards Islamabad, passing through Mansehra, Abbottabad and Hevellian, and we will enter Islamabad at our designated drop-off point.
